How to get unbanned on Tinder?

I got banned 3 weeks ago. 2 days ago I bought a second (new) SIM card, registered another acc with that, but when time came for the automatic verification code I instantly got the message "You've been banned" bla bla bla This was a completely new SIM card. So for some reason I have remained banned despite the new phone number
