my lip corners are utter dogshit and im looking for ways to upturn them in any way possible

Downturned lip corners are usually caused by a hyperactive DAO muscle (the one that pulls the mouth down) and weak lifter muscles.
try relaxing the dao cuz most people subconsciously pull their mouth down when they are stressed or staring at a screen, that might be your case.
you can try doing sets of 'micro-smiles' where you only move the corners of your mouth up toward your ears. This builds the Zygomaticus muscles which counteract the droop.
