You need to find some orthodontist.
But at age of 14/15 your face will still widen a lot and you will gain few mm of IPD.

2 ways.

You can get an Orbital Box Osteomony(which can give you however mm you want)

or you can give MSE, which can widen by maybe 1.5mm.
