Yeah I checked them in October and they’re still open. But my doctor said I’ll be 187-188cms max and I’m currently 184

I would guess that it would do more harm than good since going to stretch your muscles and bone thus putting pression on the ligaments (will lead to srrious stuff over time)

Yes only realistical way after the growth plates are closed is surgery or for frauding lifts, nothing else works sadly, hopefully if it's true that doctors would reopen the growth plates again even after puberty.
