I think a light stubble would be aesthetic for me but I can't for the life of me get my cheeks to fill up. I'm 23 and my T levels are above average. Both my father and grandfather are able to grow beards. So what's wrong with me? I can grow a ton of hair above my lip and on my chin but my cheeks and soul patches remain pretty bare and have hardly improved for 2 years now.

I did a T test you illiterate faggot, it's above average. If it wasn't I would know why it's not growing. My chin isn't even that recessed, I just think it would look cewl.

My apologies. Most of beard growth is down to genetics. If you want methods to grow it would be minoxodil, dermaroll, tretinoin, and DHT gel. Some of these have alleged side effects(minox) so you’ll need to do research.

Thanks fren, I'll look into it. Although I doubt it's my genetics, most if not all men in my family can at least grow a decent beard.

beard growth from minox can be permanent even if you quit, it doesn't function entirely the same as scalp hair.

anyway, facial hair isn't done developing until you're in your 30's.

So what do you suggest? Taking minox? Are there any downsides? Or just wait it out since I'm only 23?

for stubble it doesn't really matter if it's patchy, what it primarily does is highlight your jawline.

my beard is considerably denser now than it was a few years ago and I'm almost 30, still appear to be gaining hair in the cheek area too.

My friend used minox for a year and can grow a beard now. He could not grow a beard before.
