put a towell in your mouth bite on it very hard and pull up and forward for 30 secs several sets

not sure, if you're genetics are good or decent as you said , your bones should grow alot within the next few years
I had a late puberty but my face bones grew most from 15 untill now (16.5)

around age 14 im 3.8 tanner stage
I late bloomer everyone on this site my voice changed at 16 jfl over. I'm 19 but I look barely 15

from 7th grade until 10th I felt like absolute shit due to developing slower than friends

r u sure 10k iu is safe i just popped it and google is scaring me
I personally do 7500iu a day and eat other vit D foods and I'm fine
