How to grow bones without acne?

So i was thinking of running gh but ive got a microneedling session coming up to get rid of my acne scars because ive always been very affected by acne and i dont want to have to do it twice. I can hop on accutane but i dont know if it is worth it. Theres also some other compounds like teriparatide or Romosozumab which could help but the sourcing is kinda difficult. Do i trust indiamart? or what do you guys think

i legit took it retard it isnt some magic im sure if u combine it with high androgens (like test) and then take tren or insulin to negate the insulin sensitivity aspect you could likely grow a little bit of bones but it would be more so due to the androgens than gh itself

ok i take back a little of what i said i did grow a little bit of bones on my cycles (test, hgh, tren) but it was only the period i was bonesmashing which was like a month but i did get a decent bit of growth on my zygos from that but im not sure if that was from the tren, and test or also the gh additionally maybe a combo of them all tbh also cant rmbr if i bonesmashed when i was doing tren or if it was only test and gh
