How to grow calves

Okay so it's easy tbh i developed weird habbitband i have calves of 300kg man who walk kilos daily

Literally just walk in your tip toes or balls of your feet (best imo)

Every time you step land on
Middle or balls of your feet, while lifting it shift your weigh to the balls of your feet and press and maybe straightening your leg, do it ehile walking,
Why does it work? Because claves respond better to time under tension than reps and sets etc

It could be, but theoretically you should train your calves like you would train the other parts of your body (constant overload).
 
Guy has genetic calves. If you don't, train them at least 5x a week heavy and good form (so you don't feel Achilles).

Yeah i think have good genetics tbh, i train them every single time i walk

Went trough Ranger school in the army. 11 month of nothing but humping heavy backpacks and weapons around terrain. My calves where jacked like you wouldn't belive but had no size at all. After that i gave up on calves forever. Big calves is just be Korean theory.

Thats because calves need heavier weight to grow and pack on the mass really. Its just like any other body part tbh just stubborn af therefore requiring them to be trained very often.
