Im thinking about derma rolling and aminexil niacinamide, is there any other way? No surgeries.

Just looked it up. Be careful, but I don’t see why not. Follow a minoxidil microneedling protocol but with aminexil instead

Just read up and realised that amenexil is a minoxidil derivative, if you’re already using minox, it won’t give you more results. If you’re using it on its own, it’s weaker than Minox so there isn’t really a point
