how to grow/strenghtend lashes

my lashes have always been pretty long since my youth (mediterranean genes maybe) but i feel like growing them a little bit on the lower part would help a lot. Also they maybe long and thick they fall a lot and sometimes i spend 5 minutes removing them from my eye.
Any products/oils ?
