Slowly release and lower it backdown to the ground. Slowly release and lower it backdown to the ground. yes because when you wake up your taller because your spinal discs decompress with glucosamine and stretching you keep your morning height giving you around 1 inch or so. and if you dont believe me measure your self when you wake up and go to bed

Bones don't get longer after growth plate closure only wider, maybe you can squeeze 1-2cm of height which needs to be maintained otherwise it gets compressed again

Yes but the glucosamine and stretching shit is only temporary gains. Once u stop taking it and stop stretching you lose your height gains
