I’m 16yo, I recorded my height last year in January and I barely got improvements, from 1m58 to 1m6. I’m taller than my dad and mom, who stands at 1m58 and below.
I’m not sure if its genetics since my friends, who also have short parents, having terrible sleeping schedule and diet during their puberty, are taller than their parents by 20cm-ish. I exercise less than my friends but I do go to the gym. I’m also not sure if my plates are closed.
What should I do to improve my height? Am I cooked?

I am 172.5 cm and life is hard enough for me as it is , if I was 160cm I would go ER or femboymaxx
