How to grow taller

Heres everything i know on height.

Genetics control mostly, yes. But you can still grow within boundaries.

Growth hormone makes u grow, no shit. The absolute no1 way to produce this is sprints.

30sec on 90sec off. 8-12 rounds.
(Builds lactic acid-gh produce)

Alot of people do this but after just lose it all

Heres why -

Carbs - carbs give insulin spikes - stop gh
Sugar - stop gh
Alcohol - stop gh
No deep sleep - no gh

Protocol after producing gh

Proteins only - chicken/meat etc.
Water ofc.(not too much u can wake up for piss - ruins sleep - stop gh

No screens before bed - ideally 1 hour and a half. Realistically youd get away with 30 mins low use and 30 mins off completely.
Hopefully you get good deep sleep, which will make u grow.

Fortunately this works for every bone and muscle in the body.


This is not a miracle that will take u from 5ft to 6ft but it does work. Many people have noticed my change in height and i am taller than most of my friends i was once shorter than.
Try this for yourself and see

true but hgh is the only way, softmaxes wont make you 6ft alone if you dont have the genetics

Good post, the only thing i could see that would work is sleep, genetics and hgh
