How to guarantee ortho gives me MARPE and reverse pull headgear?

Just got back from the dentist today and I have a very slight underbite on the left side of my mouth and a molar growing in sideways in the far back of my mouth. He recommended I see an orthodontist. How can I guarantee I will get a marpe and reverse pull headgear at the orthodontist? I’ve tried larping sleep apnea and it never works and that’s the only recommendation I’ve seen on here. My intermolar width is also 38mm should I mention that?
