How to have a better BF% without touching your diet and without going to the gym. Plz

I can't control my diet, I live with my mother and I don't have a say in it and I can't go to the gym, I don't have the time or the desire.
Do you have 2-3 tips to have a better BF% plz. (im skinny fat, 57kg 175cm, but it's all fat, no muscle definition)

Count your calories. If you eat too much, eat less. When your mother asks if you want something, you say "no". Easy

I'm skinny-fat trying to get ripped also, there is no shortcut to physical fitness, gotta put in the hardwork.

do 100 pushups a day and in a few weeks you will gain good upper body definition if you eat enough protein
 
is this a troll? it's beyond over for your genetics if you are skinnyfat at that weight and height btw

jfl just do a bodyweight exercise routine;)
