How to have a change of heart?

I mean metaphorically, like my friend keeps saying oh just take care of yourself and slay any girl.
Of course the better lookin the better, but I just I don't care about looksmaxxing I'm not fully blackpilled and I can force myself in theory, but it's kinda hard to bring myself to do it.

Seriously how does one changes his heart, so to speak, you can have the mind but u cannot have the heart. I can think about looksmaxxing all day long, about slayin girls I have no attraction to, whatsoever,but I don't care thaat much, perhaps at times I do care about it, but us men we don't care about putting our best selves out there, we are happy as we are. Look at opposite sex, all they do is care how they look, makeup,bags,expensive clothes, some bs sprays, trying and trying to really look for themselves, now us men we, we don't care, like barely.

So how can I go from a "happy guy" to full metrosexual mode, to full narcissism. It just seems impossible.

Sorry I got a bit drafted, I meant to write that I want to "really really care about how I look, and do everything imaginable to look better, almost have a mindset that of a foid, so to speak, and to slay.

I wanna do it for an experiment, but I doubt it will work

you should want to better your looks / health for your self esteem and mental well being first , wanting to better yourself with the sole purpose of getting women will lead you nowhere
