DISCLAIMER: This is not a call to action to acquire slave girls, I am merely stating the Islamic way to get a concubine and the stance of Islam on the issue of Slavery.
As Muslims, we cannot have sex with girls who are not our spouses or not our concubines.
What is meant by concubines is someone you own.

Before this, I must tell you the stance on slavery in Islam - it is halal. Rather, the one that denies this is a kafir because he denies the Quranic verses and also by ijma'a (scholarly consensus).
Now that you know the stance you might be wondering how Muslims can get slaves. Well it's rather simple. Basically when a Muslim person commands an army (or attacks alone), after he fights off the kuffar he will have to deal with a few groups of people (pls note all of them are kuffar; A free Muslim cannot be enslaved):
1. The Prisoners of War (PoW): These are the people you captured while fighting. Primarily they will be men but they can be women too if the women fight.
2. The women and children of the Kuffar: These include all the women and children.
3. The men that did not fight: Self-explanatory.
A Muslim can enslave all of these people. How he can enslave them is given below:
1. PoW: They are already captured after the battle has ended.
2. W & C: They will be kidnapped.
3. M: They will be kidnapped
Now I must also tell you what other options you have if you decide not to enslave them:
1. PoW: You can kill them.
2. W & C: You cannot kill them in any circumstance, they can only be enslaved or left alone.
3. M: They can be killed
Now for war, there need not be any PoW or even the men and children being left behind. The women (who don't fight) will do just fine. You therefore could kidnap them and make them your slave and now you have a concubine who you can have sex with in a halal fashion.
Also, seeing as this is a degenerate site. I must tell you that a woman cannot have sex with her male slave doing so is zina and punishable under the Shariah.
