How to have a healthy baby with no down syndrome?

I have been accumulating life lessons and tricks and knowledge for years to pass down to my son to make him like the ultimate Chad and my worse fear is having an autistic child or a child with down syndrome.

I dont have a kid yet but what should the mother do to prevent one?

There isn't a way to 100% guarantee it but you can find out if your kid has a chance of getting down syndrome early on from a doctor or something, Iceland does this

It's impossible to prevent this, down syndrome is a genetic disorder, meaning something goes wrong at some point in the cell division of your kid and suddenly there's an extra chromosome when there shouldn't be one. The best you can do is have the fetus checked early on to see if they have any disease, if they do then... yeah, abort.

If your partner is generally healthy, in terms of nutrition, hormones, activity, etc. your kid will have fewer chances of having any developmental issues, but many of them are completely unpredictable.
