A vpn is a bit overkill however incase you do want to use one you should switch locations regularly on .org. This one is just common sense but dont post your hometown or reveal too much about yourself.

I see this too much with people but if you share an instagram or tiktok video PLEASE DISABLE THE OPTION THAT SHOWS WHO SHARED IT THATS AN INSTANT LINK TO YOU MAIN INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK

You should also add discrepncies (lines) to your pictures so they cant be reverse imaged searched

This is also overkill but you can remove metadata from your pics if you want
