How to have more discipline

How can I be more consistent and disciplined? I'm very lazy. I don't like doing activities, and if I do, I don't finish them and leave them halfway. It happens to me at school too. My grades are low.

How can I be happy right now? I've been relapsing for a while, I don't want to go to school, my family sees me as a failure, I have no desire to do anything.

No bullshit advice Adderall and Lisdexamfetamine are goated, they get you fully focused during the day, i feel happier and have much more discipline when i take them, steroids work wonders too if you have naturally low testosterone

Just go to a psychiatrist or a neurologist and tell them that you just can't focus, like literally you try to focus on daily basis tasks like studying or working but you just get distracted too much and have low energy all the time, tell them you have a good diet, try too do exercise, have a healthy lifestyle, etc. and they should prescribe you some medication, the drug may vary from doctor to doctor though so you can try until one gives you adderall or vyvanse

Also in many countries those meds are illegal but generally a good psychiatrist could make some calls to get you the medication still, doctors do it all the time especially if you go to an expensive private one, they could say they're treating a patient that just came to the country and that he's a foreigner, and that he was on adderall treatment on his original country so he needs it (just an example)

Literally nearly impossible now in the UK. Doctors are onto people doing this. I can’t even get sleeping pills even though I have issues sleeping so getting study drugs would be ridiculously hard.

Are you in HS or College? You could ask medicine students, them mfs always be getting on adderall or heroin and their source might have sleeping pills
