How to have positive outlook on life?

Even when im not depressed to the point of starving and rotting for days i still cant picture any sort of future for myself and i see the majority of the things i do as pointless time wasting

First thought of killing myself when i was 11 and its not gotten any better from there

Roping is super low IQ tho so wont be doing that
