How to have shiny eyes?

I bought colorless contact lenses but I don't see any result. In the past I tried some that made my eyes shine like marbles but it was in another country.

Does it depend on the material? @Short Ugly and Brown

elaborate if you would kindly, i dont think eyes can be "shiny" if they're on the opaque side (brown, dark brown, etc) eyes that are already on the lighter spectrum need a boosting contact and light to appear "shiny" so dont feel bad if you have brown eyes or anything that falls on the darker side. i'd advice getting hazel or dark blue eyes contact if you fall on the brown, olive tan side, and get some sick looking light blue or green eyes if you have lighter features (brown-blonde hair) (light skin)

and dark eyebrows. always. they make shit look rad mmkay
