How to heal skin after removing pigmentation spots with vinegar? (They were burnt off and fell off)

Very noticeable 3 pigmentation spots completely fell off with part of the skin, after applying vinegar concentrate with a cotton stick. If skin will heal, it will be 1 less flaw on the face.

Not pimples. Permanent defined border brown / dark pigmentation spots of big size.
