Theory, bc many people skip over and misintepret the muscle called MASSETER.
This boyo is placed on the side of your skull and wraps around your gonions and more but im not gonna bore you. (u should know this

)
Now this muscle is divided into 2 parts, superficial and deep. This is important to understand.
We will be activating the deep part not the superficial.
Why not super? Bc it lies under buccal and when it is trained it will push its way into the buccal....
The deep layer we need to activate because it sits behind the bone and wraps around the lower jaw.
Proof? Masater botox aims for the superficial. Self explanitory.
How to train? Not through hard chewing but rather light exercises that can be spammed. DO NOT CHEW GUM, that activate super layer, lightly press your teeth with your lips closed, pretend you have a pain of glass and dont wanna break it. Lighly press your teeth 20% pressure and boom you got it, their are different varients. Do longer for less reps, or whatever treat it like a workout. Also jutting then the motion of retracting jaw can help. Unless you really need width to your jaw and cannot afford surgery I would not train super layer too much or at all tbh.
If you have a super narow jaw then this wont help but if ur looking to add small amount of depth to your face you can spam this whenever and it wont hurt so who cares... this will add depth without unwanted bulkiness and can help that ogee curve.
ALT: HYPER TRAIN THAT BOYO TILL TMJ THEN GET BOTOX.
