For optimal testosterone your estradiol levels should be in lower ref range, if you are high bf, some of your test gets aromatized and turns into estrogen. Get to optimal bf %, do physical activities, track your diet and micro/macro intakes.
Honestly, there is nothing except gear that can make wonders for you test. and HGH. Sleep, activities and diet are most important parts. If you except to have any miraculous effects without gear/HGH, then you're delusional.
