You just stop taking it and preferably start a pct. To keep fertility you can take hcg like once or twice a week, will definitely make the process easier if you have a long cycle or whatever

get on the hcg
perhaps even the hmg
perhaps even kisspeptin 10 and gonadorelin but idk how good those are tbh
after that transition off from these on cycle ancillaries to off cycle enclomiphene
maybe keep an ai on hand just in case you get some freaky e2 levels but thats an edge case

i remember i was reading some of cibms old threads and he was advocating for no pct

And yes dht cycle for masculine features is key, since DHT is way more potent that testosterone, most of the masc changes will be about your DHT

Unless you are 40, you can always recover, just pct will make it way faster



If your cycle is like 8 months, in the last 2 months take hcg and after that take enclo or clomid high doses then titrate to lower
