Depends on your hair type, I have 1c hair and I shampoo once and use conditioner twice/maybe 3 times a week.
THE BEST MOISTURIZER I USE FOR MY HAIR EVERY DAY is the sheamoisture mousse which is like a leave in conditioner I put in after the shower which gives it that extra shine and helps my hair curl even more
