I was just too lazy but canthoplasty and upper eyelid retraction.

for a case like this, his shape, it'll look shit even with more volume, and the amount of volume required to bring them within the optimal range would be obviously unnatural.

lip lift, no. It’d shorten your philtrum (already too short relative to your chin) which is part of the reason why your options are limited.

Lip filler in small amounts would give a pretty transformative improvement, just not enough to bring them to ‘normal’ but out of complete death tier that you’re in right now.

Improving your eye area is a bit complicated; there are no softmaxxes for that. All there is is hardmaxxing, prosthetic surgery, thread lifts, canthoplasty, etc.

Hm that's fair. I'm not too worried about it bc my girlfriend somehow likes my eyes but I really do want to lift my upper eyelid. It bothers me a ton. Thank you though

It's not for everyone, and here it has often been shown that minoxidil is not that effective. We're talking about the fact that this guy's problem is that his canthal tilt is negative.

Perhaps the only feasible options are eye bags, eyelash solutions and contact lenses, the latter of which would be more of a frauding than a softmaxx.
