There isn't a way to do it, if someone tells you eye exercises that's bs, it's just gonna improve a bit the muscles around your eyes so they'll get less tired during the day, but no improve in eyesight. The only real way is to get the laser done.

Supposedly vitamin A/carotenoid supplements can improve eyesight but they’re not going to make you not need glasses.

If you don’t like wearing glasses your options are contact lenses or lasix surgery.
