I have been suffering with chronic brain fog ever since middle school, so this is what I did to stop it.
1. Stop gooning (that shit will give you brain fog for a few hours after)
2. Drink caffeine or take creatine (creatine has been proven to increase mental activity and increase concentration)
3. Stop watching short form or high dopamine rewarding content (this is going to absolutely fry the fuck out of your attention span)
4. Start doing memory games (I know that sounds corny, but it works)
5. Whenever you want to memorize something just write it on a sticky note and place it on your bedroom door
6. Mitigate how long you are online for
7. Drink 2 liters of water a day and get 9 hours of sleep. (self-explanatory)

> No Porn
> good diet a lot of sleep obv
> playing chess instead of normal video games
> memory games or for me learning all flags and where the countries are :lul::forcedsmile:

yeah, I definitely need to work on the 2nd part, I'm addicted to listening to sped up hardstyle while I'm at the gym.

A trick I do to memorize stuff is try to associate as much things I already know to it

It's basically like trying to memorize someone's name, if you repeat 10 times you won't memorize it but if you heard in 10 different sentences with different contexts you memorize it automatically

They're a few websites that can help like Lumosity
What others are there? I want to know as many as possible.
