How to improve middle thirds

I know my eyes are shit and my acne is bad but is there anything i can do to improve my middle thirds, if so what?

It depends, are you speaking about your lower third proportions? If so, visually, you're covering 80% of your upper third, so I think you'd want to start from there, having people not see one third of your face obviously wrecks havoc on your overall harmony.

That aside, fixing your facial thirds is incredibly complicated, that's largely determined by your bone structure, as in your whole skull. You're better off doing individual improvements that trying to improve something that large.

Htb is frauded, actual ones are very rare to find even mtb that's not frauded by ltbs, do you think average indian here have 3k$:lul:?

I can't really tell but you might have a narrow/slightly narrow maxilla. Mew and push your tongue all the way up to the roof of your mouth(all the way). If you can't breath through your nose then you most likely have a narrow maxilla and should look into getting a palate expander. It'll help you out quite a bit.
