How to improve my eye area

I want to know how to improve my eye area right now, in photos like these it doesnt look too bad but in photos of my whole face my eyes look completely different and way worse, how do i fix my under eye support and my whole eye area in general without any surgery.

Cant see your eyebrows but you can use a derma stamp + castor oil for that & the ordinary brow and lash serum.

I heard putting Aztec clay on the under eye reduces wrinkles/purpleness

also idk if training your orbicularis oculi muscles work haven't ever done it...
