how to improve my eye area

as u can see in the picture my eyes are uneven and i have a lot of upper eyelid exposure. they are also dark whilst i get plenty of sleep. any advice?

I'm guessing you're around the Punjab area so the lack of bone under your eyes (thus the dark) is probably genetic. So you need to think about surgery or some kind of implants or fillers, no serums or anything will work. In terms of the upper eye lid exposure, you just need fat grafting to the upper eyelids
