Seems to be high, the red circle i made is what i call the punishment of zygos - marked area goes inwards and outwards like a weird wave, it looks so repulsive and i still dont understand why that happens.

It is because the zygomatic arch itself doesn't have any support underneath so it creates a curve from front angle. Google up zygo arch and you'll see it is only attached to the temporalis and the maxilla

Does height really matters that much most of the time I see girls are really below my chest or at best shoulders

Yeah pretty much. Your eye area is good, good thickness on brows, no upper eyelid exposure and hunter eye look. Imo eye area is most important. High cheekbones, just get down bf% and they'll be sharper.
