surgery is like the only non cope fix, just make sure your not:

- aggressive blinking
- rubbing your eyes

east asia uses eyelid tape thats a non surgical option maybe idk how that stuff works though, fat grafting/implants best option if you have the money and opportunity

a little uee like yours (maybe a little less but still visible) gives a better appeal. Defd better then 0 UEE or a hooded look.
