- Get a sleep mask
- Listen to subliminals, preferably through earbuds specially if you got annoying ass mosquitoes on your room
- Raise geckos on your room in order to eliminate subhuman animals that be raping your sleep such as the mosquitoes mentioned above, flies and cockroaches
- Install blue light blockers on your eletronic devices or at the very least make the default brightness as dark as possible
- Get blue light blocking glasses
- Take a warm shower 30 minutes before bed.
- Turn your phone off one hour before bed
- Don't drink anything two hours before bed
- Don't eat anything three hours before bed
- Get high-quality blackout curtains on your room
