Past eating well, exercising, and sleeping, nothing natural will help you. DSIP, enclomiphene, viagra, and HCG will help w/o hurting your fertility. Viagra and HCG need to have pct though.

With that being said, the androgen receptor actually UPregulates in the presence of more testosterone (the negative feedback is actually mediated by estrogen, acting upon the hypothalamus, that's why clomid alone has been shown to raise test in males with subclinical hypogonadism - ie. won't push you above natty limit, but might give you a boost if you're under 600ng/dL)

Because if you have low sensitivity then more testosterone won't be useful. I'm puberty maxing all natural basically. I have the money, and my family usually has one late growth spurt, so I want to become the best I can be
 
And why do you think you have a sensitivity problem and not a low test problem? Or that trying to optimize sensitivity naturally is more feasible then optimizing test itself?
Did you do any bloodwork? You should.
I don't know if there are any natural AR enhancers (legit ones, at least)

In any case, the best natty test booster is to lose fat, if you're above 12% you are fat, if you can't see your top 2 abs you are fat, if you want to no longer be fat, check my sig.
Aromatase (the enzyme that turns testosterone into estrogen) "hides" in fat cells, so the fatter you are the more of a feminine little bitch you are. Aromatizing your test away is triple bad because not only you're losing test in the conversion, estrogen signals your brain to stop making more test and closes growth plates.
With that being said, most legit ways to boost test naturally won't boost it past natty levels (duh) but if you're in the low end of normal (again, get bloodwork done) I'll list some here off the top of my head that I actually follow.

>Vitamin D3 no brainer really, has been shown to improve test in deficient subjects (always pair it with Vitamin K2, vitamin D will mobilize calcium, but vitamin K2 will make sure it's deposited in bones not in your arteries)
>Natural aromatase inhibitors: White button mushrooms, broccoli, kale, red cabbage, red onions (raw)
>Gymcelling yeah if you're sedentary your test levels will be shit, do both cardio and weights
>Consume animal fats, cholesterol, avoiding cholesterol has to be the worst meme ever, cholesterol is the backbone of hormones, including test, you body has a whole system to recycle this precious molecule (that's what the HDL/LDL is all about, they're carrier proteins, the actual cholesterol is the same and the problem arises when glycation from high blood sugar damages LDL and makes it not being able to offload the goods)

But again, if you came this far and "have the money", get a blood test, at least one that includes both total and free testosterone.
Who knows, maybe you have low test (under 300ng/dL is low), or maybe you have high SHBG, or maybe you have primary hypogonadism, or secondary, or maybe there's nothing wrong (likely).
If you're fat, stop being fat.

just check the AR pathway(s) in a biochem book and you'll reconsider your question. such topics are so extremely complex and under-researched that any solution you might find on a board like this one are in the realm of mental masturbation.

Sildenafil (Viagra) has a direct effect in the testes similar to HCG. Because of this, LH, what signals the testes to make testosterone, is significantly suppressed. A SERM afterwards would be very beneficial to return test level to normal.

I'd tend to say so because of they're in the same class. The test boosting effect of PDE5 inhibitors is very over looked.
