Solution
i dont wanna fuck up my skinm i already have clear skin and accutane7tret would just dry it out
Some people microdose accutane. How do you maintain your accutane results if you are not using a topical retinoid ?
dermaroller?
Yes
nah too annoying to reapply every 2 hours plus it makes my skin greasy
spf50 is mandatory and extremely important, applying it in the morning and mid day is enough
whats that?
its the highest rating of protection from UVA rays
good

Sunscreen and Tret are literally basic level 1 skincare and collagenmaxxing. Why’d you even ask this question if you can’t do the bare minimum, fucking retard? I swear most people on this site are lazy as fuck and don’t actually looksmax.

in time it would be better than your current skin.
collagen is life
no, retinoids are irritating and drying to the skin which is bad for anybody with any form of inflammatory skin condition

In the long run your collagen will be mostly based on your lifestyle and diet yes skincare is important but it’s almost pointless without a proper diet. Collagen is really just a connective tissue that is scattered through the muscle and the amount of this is determined through the diet. This isn’t rly a short term thing for your skin to look good it’s more of an anti aging thing or just making sure you don’t age like milk.

Collagen rich foods
- Animal fats meat and animal skin and also bone broth (you pretty much need to eat skin to get better skin jfl)
- Omega 3 fatty acids
- High zinc foods

Hydration
- Don’t drink a gallon of water of a day cause all your doing is over hydrating yourself. Never give the body more water than it actually needs because you’ll be doing more harm than good. Make sure you hydrate from electrolyte rich sources. Electrolytes play a crucial role in cellular function, fluid balance and skin barrier function.

Get some sun (not too much just don’t vampiremaxx).

(Cut out junk food and simple carbs. I mean that’s kids self explanatory)
You might wanna consult someone else about this because I don’t know everything. But this is just the overall lifestyle part of collagen.

thats not true, there are inflammations that are caused by the way the hair follicle is shaped

no depends on skin type, any retinoid is bad for my skin.

If you have an actual skin condition like eczema/rosacea etc then yeah be more cautious with Tret. But if you just have dry skin in general you can still use it. Plenty of people with dry skin types use Tret. You have to take it slow and be diligent about hydrating/moisturizing but it’s still doable

i dont have eczema/rosacea, but kprf which makes my parts of my face inflammed due to the way the hair follicle is, drying my skin would make my face 10x redder
this is mild kprf though
