Caber if u are going down the supps route
 
There are too many variables to help you. Could be:
- lack of nutrients ( Iron or vitamine D, could be more)
- lack of sleep
- bad sleep quality ( sleep apnea for example)
- bad hormone levels ( T or dopamine for examples)
- depression
- lack of movement
- too much stimulants before sleeping (coffee or tv)
- Health problems

Prob many more possibilities.

I might be mistaken, but isn't coffee a diuretic? So it'd make sense for it to "flush" water from your body.
Like I'd say there is a difference, idk if one could attribute this to coffee or just angle/distance. I tried to take a similar pic, but it's all analogue...

Physical work at a suitable level that doesnt destroy your body and leave you exhausted

This is probably the biggest one.
 
Could be hyperventilating during sleep, mouth breathing or breathing volume is high. Try mouth taping and sleeping on hard surface, ideally on left side or prone for least body oxygenation reduction.

Shine bright light in the morning or get sunlight.
Try niacin with a heavy carb meal.
 
A few things you can do-

Blood test for any allergies
Sleep study, CPAP machine if sleep apnea
TRT if low on test
Modafinil
