In the spring I grew steadily, but in the summer I have not grown for 2 months or have grown very little. I also thought about buying protein because I get very little protein from food. height 165 at 13 for me is an achievement because at 12 years old I was about 140 cm

Dad height is 178 cm
Mom height is 156 cm
сan I grow to 188 cm? or at least more than 180 cm? and what do you recommend to grow faster?

Just be patient, you are still young, maybe way too young to be caring about that. If you just sleep well and also take all those supplements I think you can get over 1.80m easily

You can definely grow but you may actually just hit your main growth spurt according to your genes you will be 173cm+ since your father is 178 you could grow to 180+
