How to increase height im tired of being a short fuck

Im currently 5'7 at 16 (turning 17 this month) i grew like 2 inches since last summer and growth plates are still open. My dad is 5'5 and my mom is 5'6 (i know some fucking brutal genetics) but i have to do something i cant stay this height forever. I have been thinking about hgh and an ai but i have no knowledge on that shit and dont want to fuck things up. All I'm currently doing is lean bulking and getting good protein in every day while lifting weights 4 times a week please help.

HGH + AI will probably not do much atp but worth trying. If you get a bone x-ray you can see if your plates are still open, if they are, blast the fuck out of HGH. If not, it's time to start saving up for LL :feelsrope:

Thanks bro. So do i really push the eating? i dont want to be a fat fuck but i am pretty skinny at only 130 ive been eating 3400+ cals a day with like 200-250g protien and 300-400g carbs for like 2 weeks ive gained 5-7 lbs not sure if most is just water weight so do i increase it to like 5k cals and everything else increased aswell. Then add the sprinting and jumping everyday.

everyone will know im wearing lifts with that height increase
then get smaller lifts, like 1.5 inch, wear shoes that increase your height by 2 inches, and blame it on the shoes. people won't know

yes ive been drinking 1L milk a day and praying to God to be 6'6 chad but ts is not working :feelsrope:

don’t wait too long, the sooner the better , as the longer you wait the less time you have to grow. do your research as if you mis take anything you can f up your hormones.

yea i already wear jordans and airforces for 1 inch fucking boost
ik stretches work fs but it might just be cope either way dont lose hope u can still grow and at the end of the day u can just blast hgh
 
It’s just genetics bro just fraud to like 5’10 since you’ll grow a bit more and then you’ll have a chance not completely over
