I've been talking to a friend who was always the shortest in the class, his dad is 1.65 and his mom is 1.55, after a while I saw him again and he was 1.76, I talked to him about how he did to grow; He told me that he went to the doctor and they told him that he was only going to grow to 1.60 so he started running marathons 3 times a week and playing basketball. After 1 year my friend reached 1.76 only with this and with good sleep, keep in mind that his whole family is very short people.
Although much of it is genetic, height can be enhanced, the growth plates in men are active until the age of 21, if you are lucky until the age of 23.
So run, jump, sleep and eat well, you can supplement with hgh or things like that although that alone will be a little help compared to physical activity.
What other natural tips can you give to increase height?

You would need two separate LL’s to go from 160 to 176. That’s almost 200k. That’s highly unlikely. Most likely had a late spurt or op undermeasured his friends height originally.

this is by far the most common excuse used by people who get LL in 2023 - behind second most common "i started mewing".

Did he grow that all in one year or was it gradually. Growing from 5’3 to 5’9 14/15 to age 18 isn’t uncommon. He’ll probably be a strong 5’10-11 by the time he’s 21.

He most likely mismeasured and his friend was probably like 168-170. Not impossible to grow like that at 18. Dennis Rodman grew from 5’9 or 5’11 to like 6’6 after high school. His parents were both tall though so it was always in his DNA to grow.

yea i was like 5’4 a year ago (14) and now i’m 5’10.5 (15) idk why people always act like late bloomers don’t exist

“so he started running marathons 3 times a week and playing basketball. After 1 year my friend reached 1.76 only with this and with good sleep, keep in mind that his whole family is very short people.” He didn’t get LL if he was running and playing sports

It promotes HGH.

why the FUCK DIDN'T THIS HAPPEN TO ME. I HAVE SHORT PARENTS AND IM THE EXACT SAME HEIGHT AS MY DAD. fucking milk, running, exercise all bullshit

Sure, sprinting makes you taller, and running is better than being out of shape. But to think running is going to make you grow 16cm is INSANE

People can actually grow until the age of 25. And I can guarantee you that most people do not reach their full potential height.

If you want to height max, make sure you are doing the following things correctly...

Make sure that your posture is acceptable.
Make sure you don't have the following: forward head posture; anterior pelvic tilt; posterior pelvic tilt; rounded shoulders, etc.
These can be fixed with stretches and lifestyle changes.

Make sure that you are eating the recommended about of nutrients each day.

8 - 10 servings of fruits and vegetables is good

Enough protein - 0.8 per kg of body weight (minimum). Ideally more.

Eating these many servings of fruit and vegetables will give your body most of the vitamins it needs along with protein. Maybe also get some dairy as that can help. But those are the main ones. Limit sugar intake.

And also, make sure you are getting all your recommended calories and up or lower your calorie maintainance depending on how active or sedentary you are.

9 - 10 hours of sleep. (Most of your growing occurs when you are sleeping and obviously getting right amount of vitamins goes hand in hand with this)

7 hours of sleep isn't enough and is definitely nowhere near enough for optimal height growth. It's only meant for super sedentary people. 8 hours is bare minimum but not optimal for height growth. 9 hours is bare minimum that is optimal for height growth.

10 hours is optimal for height growth and no more than 11 hours. So aim for 9, 10, or 11 hours ideally.

Drinking at least 2 - 3 litres of water per day is essential as well.

Maybe try and drink about half a litre of milk alongside 2.5 litres of water if you can as that is always good.

Buy a pull up bar and hang on there. (Works well especially if young).

Exercise regularly as that promotes height growth.
