My ICD is 30mm which is slightly low for my skull (32mm ideal) and it's caused by a long medial canthus, my PFL is 30mm, IPD is 64mm and my ESR is 44.8%, is there a surgery for the inner canthus which can pull it inward and therefore increase my ICD by just 1mm on each side? I would pair that with a lateral canthoplasty to compensate for the loss in PFL.

Would this be worth it or not? My eye spacing is ideal since ICD and IPD are the same but is it still low in general?

There is a surgery, its called Orbital Box Osteotomy. Giant Implants does it but its 1) very brutal and 2) very expensive

there are a few things you can do, in the short term you should just lose weight. in the long term just pubertymaxx. most importantly you should goon for at least 3 hours a day. also, picture of your full face please to see more accurately.

That's primarily for IPD though, would be stupid to use it for ICD only, i think i can get a medial canthoplasty which is focused on the inner canthus and just rotate it a bit inwards
