Maybe if you got in a lot of fights/played contact sports it'd be more prominent, but that isn't worth the risk of CTE. Shit will ruin your life.

I never did any physical activity as a kid, just video games. My mum has a ridge though, my dad has a little bit of protrusion. Idk why I dont have
