How to increase shoulder-to-waist ratio

15 years old, 69cm waist, 100cm shoulder, 1.45 shoulder to waist ratio, quite a low body fat, just started gymmaxxing and swimming (2x a week) last week. Anything else I can do other than that? I don't train abs/obliques, I mostly train upper chest, delts, neck and lats

That's pretty much all you can do, training lats, lateral delts, neck and staying lean. You can fraud with shoulder pads but since it's summer you're probably gonna be shirtless more

id probably kill my social life and get bullied by everyone if i were to wear shoulder pads with my friends

Well not as long as they don't find out lol, but yeah it would be embarrassing, and definitely not a good idea during summer

This is good. Just training shoulders, neglecting obliques and staying relatively lean is all that’s really required and in your control

lateral raises and roids and dont train obliques obviously
