This isn’t 100% natural since you’d need to use Aromasin, armidex.
This will not be a long thread since it would be easy to explain.
Most things in nowadays society is produced with estrogen mimicking chemicals or chemicals that are a precursor of estrogen.
One of the most well known chemicals are bisphenol A,also known as BPA
Bisphenol A is found is styrofoam, shopping receipts and other common things.
Bisphenol A mimics estrogen by binding to the androgenic receptors.
There’s a common misconception that because of environmental changes through the years the testosterone levels dropped, yes that plays a role.
But the huge role of the drop of testosterone levels through each generation is like I’ve said before, the manufacturing of more plastic and chemicals.
If you don’t want to take roids then reducing estrogen levels will be helpfull.
This will not increase testosterone levels insanely!
Do not expect a testosterone above 1500 ng/DL!
There’s 2 Options to counteract Estrogen mimicking chemicals
1.Avoid them, this sounds easy but it’s not that easy, nowadays almost everything is filled with plastics, including your water.
2.Take Aromasin and armidex, the drug that helps women with breast cancer will decrease estrogen levels for men,and with basic biology if you lower estrogen then of course it will increase testosterone.
