I have a good maxilla eye area, whatever, but I feel like my mandible lacks by a considerable amount. Like, if my mandible gets fixed, I can be, like, super GL after fixing skin and gymmaxxing, obviously. It's not like I have any problem with women rn but like, what are the ways for me to overcome it?

You need to lean down more to a point lower than 14% bf and for your mandible growth if you're growth isn't done yet, chew tough foods, don't use any kind of jaw toners they sell online, chew tough foods as the hard work can force the mandible to grow thicker according to wolff's law, and if your growth isn't really done yet, your can get a wider jaw by training your masseter muscle that would pull on the gonions and then you either get a little bit changed bone structure or the muscle gives off a wider jaw illusion

Can adults also shape mandible by chewing hard foods?

Yes they can, but their mandible's adaptation to the stress won't be as fast or as much growth as those in adolescent, so technically yes it can adapt but not as much as adolescent, you can't really shape the mandible but it can get denser

In your opinion, how long does this take?
And how many minutes a day of hard chewing do you recommend?

Not much until old age starts breaking it down. You might can make the bone sturdier but as an adult the bone appearance is unlikely to change.

In my opinion, you can just chew tough foods throughout your meals or you can get hard gum like mastic gum and you chew for 10-15 minutes max so you wouldn't risk getting TMJ, just don't overwork your jaw
So simply, chew hard gum for 10-15 minutes 4-5 days per week, or you can change mastic gum into tough foods, but remember don't overwork your masseter

break it and move it, then hold it right there and wait till it grows

Very unlikely.
Even in long-term old age bruxism patients, only around 40-50% of men experienced visual bone apposition.
About 30-35% of them experienced only mild changes.

However, in all patients suffering from bruxism, the jaw appears more angular.
It would already be a good result for me.

Many Patients have endured the effects of bruxism for decades. Bruxism tends to occur during sleep, which can create forces on the teeth and jaw that are far greater than those experienced during conscious chewing.
It would be very hard to replicate, and most of them gained severe TMJ issues in the process.

Rather save money for surgery.
