How to increase undereye support (no surgery)?

I'm 16 years old. As of now all I do is thumbpull mid-back palate since I have a 30mm interpalatal width. I have upper maxillary projection but above my maxilla my face seems flat.

Anything else I can do to get good under-eye support?

I have a tall ramus, but then my mandible's gonial angle is a little high.

Is it downswing? If so it is probably because I used to mouthbreathe a lot and ruined my looks with it. How can I upswing for my cheekbones? I'm 16 so can I remodel bones?

Yea can be done with chewing, gotta che very hard gum for hours daily tho
