my problem isnt water retention i have fat there due to genetics. would that fat grow back and i would be better off with a buccal fat pad removal?

Buccal fat isn’t a good option in most cases. First of all how old are you? (As we age, the organized groups of fat in the face begin to shrink) And post pics if u want good answers!
