What can I do to increase my IQ? I need to become higher IQ to learn how to program and freelance so I don't have to get a job and interact with people. Should I get a brain MRI to get a better picture of the severity of my injury?

You can increase your IQ by getting good at subjects like math, physics, even programming; basically any subject that requires a lot of logical thinking. And if you're doing programming in university (comp. science major), you'll have to do those subjects anyway, so you might as well try to master them. HOWEVER, note you can only increase your IQ by like 10-15 points max., and if you have a sub-100 IQ to begin with you probably don't have enough brainpower to do programming, unless you're super dedicated and willing to do 2x as much work as everyone else. So do a Mensa IQ test and see what your score is before making any career decisions.
